Episode 33: The Resiliency of comedian Dennis Gaxiola

THE Wartime Leadership Podcast: The Resiliency of comedian Dennis Gaxiola. Dennis is one of America’s funniest clean comedians. He is the son of a preacher and a proud retired member of the United States Air Force. He has over 20 National Television appearances, including Comedy Central’s Laffapalooza with Jamir Foxx, Stand up Revolution with Gabriel Iglesias, STARZ Network’s First Amendment Stand Up, TBN’s Praise The Lord Comedy Specials, Show Time at the Apollo, BET’s Comic View, Que Locos and legendary member of the Latin Kings of Comedy tour.

During this special BIRTHDAY episode, I have an amazing conversation with an intensely funny man. Dennis has made millions laugh with his clean and different approach to making people laugh. We discuss his definition of spiritual resilience and how his faith is tested nightly while performing within an industry not known to support clean performances. Dennis walks us through his background and experiences he witnessed while serving in the US Air Force and how he continues to give back to a community he cares deeply for.
