She tells us why there must be a balance between all of the pillars of resiliency and how those are used to maximize the full potential of who you are. Nina walks us through how the engineering career field chose her and how it helped form some of the most lasting friendships and mentorship opportunities in working with officers and enlisted alike. Nina’s passion has helped her remain engaged with helping others be the best versions of themselves.
