He is responsible for advising the commander on matter effecting over 1,500 combat ready Airmen. Entering the Air Force 21 years ago, Caleb has had to learn to prevail thorough the emotional scars of his youth to “lead with love”.
During this episode, Caleb takes us through his definition of Spiritual Resilience and how it manifests in his everyday personal and professional life while holding true to his personal core values of integrity, love, courage and discipline. He has lived true to his beliefs while navigating through moments of loss, including the loss his two nieces and nephew. He explains what it means to “live left of boom”.
